Don’t want to call out/list all other KLRE sites specifically since they have their own privacy policies.
Information about the Company (even if a Customer) is generally not Personal Information.
Is there a possibility that users will be asked to or given the option to provide ratings and reviews? If not, delete this section.
Is this section true? If not applicable (and foreseeably won’t be) can be removed.
Is this true? Does KLME use web beacons? If not, please remove.
This allows you to share information with other KL entities for the purpose of cross-selling.
This allows some freedom for additional usage permissions consented to (generally in writing) at any particular event.
Are there any other specific ways that KLME would use Personal Information not otherwise covered in this Policy? Do you sell contact lists or share information with employers (in the case of brokers).
Do you have other third party vendors that may need to access the personal information of users?
Do hotels require list of attendees? Outside security?
If this event is in person, will people need to submit proof of a negative COVID test?
This includes to third-party payment processors
Arguably might not be required to provide this except to CA residents but often companies want to so as to have accurate information.
Is this ever collected or stored? Do you collect (and hold) credit card/payment information or is that processed by another vendor? If not, can delete.
Is there a possibility that residents of EU will attend this event or will provide any information through the site? If not, this can be removed but I often recommend keeping it as boiler plate language to cover all bases.
